In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top tycoon games in the United Arab Emirates exhibited varying performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Township from Playrix showed a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 9.7K in the final week of December. Revenue saw a notable rise, ending the quarter at $27.8K, while active users grew from 34.4K to 44.3K.

Hay Day by Supercell experienced fluctuations in revenue, starting at $16.9K and closing at $16.7K. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase in mid-December, reaching 1.8K. Active users rose significantly from 14.5K to 16K towards the end of the quarter.

Family Island — Farming game from Melsoft saw a gradual increase in downloads, culminating at nearly 2K by late December. Revenue varied, peaking at $5.5K at the quarter’s end, while active users rose modestly from 3.4K to 4.1K.

Build Master: Bridge Race by FUNLINKING PTE.LTD. had a challenging quarter with declining downloads, reaching a low of 76 in November. Revenue fluctuated, ending the quarter at $3.8K, and active users decreased from 3K to 1.4K by the end of December.

SimCity BuildIt from Electronic Arts experienced a decline in revenue over the quarter, starting at $3.9K and dipping to $2.4K. Downloads remained steady, with a peak of 1K in early December. Active users increased slightly from 2.2K to 2.6K.
